Heart of cream & cinnamon chocolate

Even if in this period is quite cold in Italy, I often do this parfait cause i like to serve it adding a very hot cinnamon chocolate cream (it is absolutely my favorite taste).This time I’ve used these molds with heart shape, but you can use the one you prefer.

Cream parfait recipe

  • Preparation time: 20 minutes
  • Ready in: 4 hours
  • Ingredients:
  • 5 eggs
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 550 ml of whipped cream
  • 200 g of chocolate

Divide the egg yolks from clear. Mix the yolks with the sugar. Whip 500 ml of cream and mix with other ingredients. Whisk 3 egg whites and add this last ingredient to the mixture. Once prepared, put the mixture into the molds that you have lined with domopak. Place them in the freezer and leave for 3 hours. Just before serving, melt the chocolate in a bain marie by slowly adding 50 ml of cream and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Remove the hearts from the freezer and remove the domopak. Decorate with the chocolate liquid.
