Chocolate pear cupcakes

Chocolate & pear cupcakes recipe:

  • Preparation time: 40 minutes – Ready in: 4 hours
  • Ingredients:
  • 100g plain chocolate
  • 100ml single cream
  • 500g shortbread
  • 40g sugar
  • a knob of butter
  • a spoon of Rum
  • hazelnuts
  • 2 pears

Roll out the pastry on a floured board, then, using a circular shape, cut the dough in small pieces and place it in small cake cases.
Bake in preheated oven at 180c for about 10 minutes.
Washed, peeled and sliced your ​​pears, cook them in a pan with butter, the sugar and a tablespoon of rum.
Remove cakes from the oven and allow to cool.
Meanwhile boil the cream, remove from heat and add the chocolate divided into small pieces.
Turn quickly to melt the chocolate.
Stuff the patties with a slice of pear and add the chocolate. Decorate with chopped hazelnuts. Let them rest in refrigerator for 3 hours.
